Westfield Quality Care of Aurora in Aurora, NE is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to provide high-quality nutrition care to residents.

You will develop personalized nutrition plans, conduct assessments, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition.

The role supports quality improvement efforts and requires maintaining accurate records of resident care and treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Possess current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents with various dietary needs and restrictions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' nutritional status and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
