• Conduct personalized telehealth nutrition therapy consultations
• Implement evidence-based clinical protocols and deliver individualized nutrition support
• Monitor and adjust patient plans to meet health goals and improve outcomes
• Maintain high patient retention by adhering to clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with care team members
• Utilize meal planning tools to support patient compliance
• Participate in clinical rounds with partner practices
• Attend quarterly RD group meetings and monthly 1:1s with CNM
• Support lifestyle changes and build trusting relationships with patients and caregivers
• Show empathy and document clinical information accurately in Electronic Medical Records
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment with a positive attitude

Requirements

• State license in Tennessee
• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
• Completion of an Accredited Dietetic Internship
• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• 1-2 years of post-internship nutrition experience
• Experience counseling patients virtually or in outpatient settings
• Expertise in GI conditions such as IBD, IBS, fatty liver, celiac disease, etc.
• Comfort in educating patients with complex chronic conditions like diabetes and kidney disease
