Our team of dedicated clinicians, registered dietitians, and fitness coaches work collaboratively to support members on their health journeys.

Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and independent Registered Dietitians to deliver high-quality, compassionate MNT via our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. In this role, you’ll guide patients through personalized nutrition plans, help manage weight, and foster sustainable health changes. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video consultations with patients to review intake information, assess medical history, and provide tailored nutritional guidance and treatment.
• Build and maintain ongoing patient relationships with regular check-ins and motivational support.
• Educate and guide members through program protocols, using evidence-based practices and customized nutrition plans.
• Document all patient visits accurately, ensuring proper billing and charting.
• Use tools such as Slack for team collaboration and communication.
• Attend monthly team meetings and maintain engagement with professional development and program updates.

Requirements:

• Credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Experience: Proficiency in telehealth or remote care with a strong virtual bedside manner and tech-savviness.
• Availability: Minimum of 16 hours per week; flexibility to set your own schedule.

Work Structure:

• Scheduling: Registered Dietitians set their availability in Google Calendar, with appointments booked 48 hours in advance. Follow-up visits are scheduled directly with patients at the end of each appointment.
• Training: Paid training (13 hours for part-time) includes a two-week onboarding process and comprehensive guidance on our platform and program materials.
• Visits & Documentation: Patient appointments are scheduled hourly, with ADIME and SOAP note documentation. RD is responsible for delivering post-visit summaries to patients through our chat platform.
