Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments for adult patients, considering medical conditions, nutritional status, and behavioral health needs.
• Provide nutrition counseling tailored to patients with mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.

Pay Rate: Starting $38/hour and Up (Based on Experience, Credential and Education)
