Job summary

Dietitian Consultants in Anchorage, Alaska seeks Registered Dietitians for flexible full-time or part-time roles. You will conduct nutrition assessments for adults, provide counseling for mood disorders and substance use, and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments for adult patients, considering their medical conditions, nutritional status, and behavioral health needs.
• Provide nutrition counseling tailored to patients with mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.
