Job summary

Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) in Las Vegas seeks a Registered Dietitian to promote nutritional well-being through medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessments, and individualized plans. You may see clients in community, clinic, or hospital settings and must maintain a valid driver’s license to operate an AHN vehicle as needed.

The role requires experience in nutrition counseling, care planning, and collaboration with physicians, insurers, and community partners to ensure coordinated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field.
• Current RD/RDN in good standing; provisional license considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional RD experience preferred.
• HIPAA compliance required.
• Experience in healthcare or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans with medical nutrition therapy.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and disease self-management education.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and insurers to coordinate care and referrals.
