Job summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for residents
- Provide dietary education and counseling to residents, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans addressing nutrition needs
- Monitor and record residents' nutrition intake and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality
