Job summary

Split Rock Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in providing high-quality nutrition care for long-term residents. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will use SigmaCare and PCC EMRs, participate in care planning meetings, and counsel residents and families on diets and supplements, including tube feeding when required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Must have experience in long term care.
• Must have EMR (SigmaCare, PCC) experience.
• Candidate must possess good verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
• Candidate must have strong computer knowledge.
• Full Time Position.

Responsibilities

• Geri Menu.
