Qualifications

• RD certification and eligibility for RD certification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or other healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and nutrition software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
