Qualifications

• Current state licensure/certification is required.
• Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• One year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nutritional care to patients through development, implementation and monitoring of Medical Nutrition Therapies.
• Collaborate with medical staff, patients, families and food service to ensure care plans are implemented.
• Perform nutritional assessments and monitor patient progress; adjust interventions as needed.
• Develop and monitor enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support.
• Work with Speech Therapy to progress textured modified diets for safety and intake.
