Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required/desired.
• Minimum 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong patient-centered care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments of residents and identify dietary needs.
• Design and implement personalized meal plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop nutrition programs.
• Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on resident progress.
• Educate residents and families on proper nutrition and meal planning.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress.
