Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers to develop care plans, assess dietary needs, educate diverse patients, and translate evidence-based nutrition into practical

Qualifications

• Current RD or RDN credential required.
• Experience in dietetics, counseling, and education.
• Experience with weight management and individualized meal planning.
• Knowledge of nutrition-related chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluate patients' dietary needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one nutritional counseling and education.
• Develop personalized meal plans based on medical conditions and lifestyle.
• Support patients with weight management and obesity-related concerns.
• Educate on healthy food choices, portion control, and meal planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Provide culturally sensitive nutrition education.
