Job summary

Qualifications

• RD certification by CDR required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain dietary histories and evaluate nutritional needs to plan medical nutrition therapy.
• Create and deliver nutrition education programs for patients.
• Perform clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in clinical quality reviews as needed.
• Provide counseling and support to patients to improve health outcomes.
