Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join the healthcare team in Whitfield, MS. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions to support optimal status, and enhance quality of life aligned with patient goals.

You will collaborate with the care team, adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while enjoying strong benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passes the national exam administered by the CDR or meets eligibility requirements.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements; 75 hours of CE every five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies relating to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in the development, review, and revision of QA/QI programs.
