Elior North America is seeking an experienced, full-time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Whitfield, MS. You will assess nutritional needs, implement interventions, educate patients and staff, and ensure compliance with nutrition standards while supporting quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024).
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination by the CDR or meets AND eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of CE every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in developing, reviewing, and improving quality assurance programs.
