The Mother Road Dietitian, LLC. is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Virtual Outpatient with a strong adult and pediatric nutrition background to join our growing practice. This position involves providing virtual weight-inclusive, culturally relevant nutrition counseling for clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic diseases, body image concerns, and more, while utilizing motivational interviewing, anti-diet, and the Health at Every Size framework. Position Responsibilities:

• Performing all activities using evidence-based approaches and integrity aligned with the values of The Mother Road Dietitian
• Providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing nutrition support and counseling through one-on-one client sessions
• Collaborating with the applicable healthcare team to provide client-centered care
• Managing and retaining caseload, appointments, and client documentation in a way that supports positive outcomes
• This position will start with part-time hours and slowly transition to full-time (25 client sessions/week) within the first 90 days

Education / Licensure/ Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or equivalent; Master's Degree in Dietetics or related field (preferred)
• Licensed and Registered dietitian
• Current licensed dietitian in the State of Oklahoma
• 1-2 years of nutrition counseling experience working in group or individual settings; 2+ years of nutrition counseling experience working in group or individual settings (preferred)

• Self-motivation– Takes initiative, follows through on responsibilities, and actively seeks out learning opportunities. Comfortable managing a caseload while also contributing to content, outreach, or projects that support the practice’s growth.
• Collaborative -Values teamwork. Experienced in working with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating discussions, and helping align efforts to create a more inclusive, client-centered care experience.

Compensation

• Pay: $32.96 - $37.86 per hour (Non-exempt, W2 position)
• 8 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays
• Professional supervision/mentorship, regular trainings, and case consultations
• $200 annual continuing education reimbursement
• $25/month telecommuting stipend
• Performance reviews and potential for bonuses
