Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care at SSM Health hospitals in the St. Louis area. You’ll support patients, residents, and communities through evidence-based practice and collaborative care.

As an RD, you’ll use the Nutrition Care Process, work with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement while pursuing ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in nutrition/dietetics with ACEND coursework.
• RD/RDN eligibility and licensure by hire where applicable.
• 0-1 years management experience; 0-3 years related experience.
• Meets eligibility for RD/RDN via CDR and will register within 120 days of hire.
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities as part of a contractual agreement.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients, healthcare staff, students, and foodservice teams.
• Maintain professional practices aligned with regulatory, facility, and company standards.
• Participate in or lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional growth through continuing education and contributions to training or research.
