Charles River Community Health seeks a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide 2–4 clinical sessions per month, with potential expansion as demand grows. You will assess nutritional needs, educate patients, and develop personalized nutrition plans in a mission-driven community health setting.
Clinicians collaborate across departments, document outcomes in the EHR, and support preventive care. Travel to Brighton and Waltham sites is required as needed to serve diverse patient populations.
