Job summary

Complete Care at Grande Prairie - Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee comprehensive nutritional care for residents in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards.

The role includes nutritional assessments, care planning, menu oversight, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, along with education for residents, families, and staff, and participation in safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in Wisconsin.
• Experience with MDS documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete MDS sections.
• Develop and update nutritional care plans; monitor weight and nutrition needs.
• Oversee diet orders and review menu changes for therapeutic modifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and educate residents, families, and staff.
• Perform routine sanitation/safety inspections and assist in facility surveys.
