Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in food service.

Past supervisory experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; proficient math skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure menus align with approved menus and food orders within the allowable categories.
Purchase and deliver food, supplies, and equipment for the food service program; coordinate with Health Coordinator and Nutrition team for special dietary needs.
Maintain required documents and records to compile reports on nutrition activities.
Maintain compliance with contracts and sanitation, safety, and food preparation standards.
Monitor daily progress and supervise food program staff; participate in the management team.
