Registered Dietitian II – Center for Intestinal Rehab and Transplant (CGRT)

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing direct medical nutrition therapy for patients requiring nutrition support therapies.
2. Assessing patients for nutritional deficiencies and performing physical exams.
3. Evaluating nutritional needs and diagnosing malnutrition.
4. Collaborating with providers to manage nutritional needs.
5. Implementing and documenting nutritional care plans.
6. Writing orders for diets, supplements, and nutrition therapies.
7. Providing counseling and educational services to patients.
8. Supporting education programs and contributing to research and quality improvement projects.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Completion of a Dietetic Internship or Credentialed Program.
• Current Licensed Dietitian (LD) in Ohio and active RD/RDN certification.
• Board Certification as CNSC or CSP within 2 years of hire.
• At least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic Dietetic Internship.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of related experience.

Additional information:

Work hours are days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Physical requirements include patient navigation, physical assessments, and PPE adherence. Salary discussions are encouraged during the application process.
