Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with the CDR and licensure as required by state.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical teams and other dietitians.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care and address residents' nutrition needs.
• Collaborate with facility clinical teams to develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Record assessments and progress in the EMR system; participate in care meetings.
• Review menus and conduct meal rounds to maintain quality standards.
