Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nutrition care for residents with nutrition-related health problems.
• Collaborate with facility dietitians and clinical teams to develop nutrition plans.
• Complete clinical assessments and charting in the EMR; participate in meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds and ensure dietary menus meet quality standards.
