Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and update individualized nutritional care plans.
• Oversee diet orders, review menus, and ensure correct textures and therapeutic modifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to align diets with medical conditions and educate residents, families, and staff.
• Perform sanitation and safety audits and participate in facility inspection surveys.
