Job summary

The Emily Program in Seattle, WA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidenced-based eating disorder care. You will conduct nutrition assessments, provide individualized nutrition therapy, and support meal coaching for clients and families.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 30-hour weekly schedule with afternoon/evening shifts. Minimum qualifications include RD license and a Master’s degree.

The Registered Dietitian collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop case conceptualizations and deliver coordinated eating disorder care to clients and their families or support communities.

Compensation

• $34.00 - $41.00/hr.

Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position. Should your position change, pay will be evaluated.

Schedule

• Full Time 30 hours/week
• Monday - Thursday Afternoon/Evening Shift as late as 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm
• Friday Day shift

How Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery

• Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard
• Provides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients.
• Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Provides group nutrition education as assigned.
• Supports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.
• Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.
• Documents all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of employment required.
• Master’s Degree required. Unless licensed prior to January 2024.

Additional Qualifications

• DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
