Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. Pay rate is up to $38.00 per hour, based on experience.
The role includes assessing nutrition needs, developing care plans, and providing education to residents and staff. Flexible Monday–Friday schedules and opportunities for cross-building coverage are available, with a supportive team and extensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
- RD-Eligible with provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and trends.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
