Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutrition needs, document plans in the EMR, and collaborate with staff to improve resident health.

You will educate residents and families, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide coverage across buildings as needed. Monday–Friday with flexible schedules and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate with staff and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state or customers.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health.
• Ensure CMS, state, and federal regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
