The position offers a competitive hourly pay starting at $32.00 with eligibility for a retention bonus and a flexible schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR registration and in good standing.
• State license in good standing to practice in the state.
• Vaccination policies may apply per state and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on labs, weight, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
