Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day-shift Endocrinology Registered Dietitian to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will oversee nutritional care for hospital patients, counsel on modified diets, and collaborate with physicians and care teams in a people-first environment that supports career growth, benefits, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred; registration eligibility required.
• Licensed by the State of NM.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nutritional management and coordinates daily resources in the department.
• Provides nutritional care and support to hospital patients; counsels on modified diets.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Knowledge of Chemistry and Biology.
• Knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance plans.

• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
