Job summary

Elior is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our Cura-Hospitality healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions to support nutritional status, and help improve quality of life in line with patient goals.

You will educate the health care team, adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, coordinate with dining and nutrition procedures, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts across John J.

Qualifications

• Must pass national exam or meet eligibility with CDR.
• Complete continuing education hours every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach nutrition concepts to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to care teams and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow academy standards and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up dining and nutrition procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement programs.
