Complete Care Milford Manor is seeking a registered dietitian to join our long‑term care team in West Milford, NJ. This full‑time, first‑shift position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

You will assess residents’ dietary needs, develop care plans, and guide dietary staff while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize nutrition and quality of life. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, with paid time off and a supportive work environment that values

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.
• Two years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care, including some administrative responsibility.
• One year of experience as a registered consulting dietitian serving long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident's dietary needs.
• Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in the development and review of care plans.
• Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident's care plan when providing daily dietary services.
• Identify special equipment and utensils required to meet individual resident needs.
• Review and interpret information in residents' medical charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents' nutritional health and overall well-being.
