Job summary

Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) with CDCES credentials to provide MNT and DSMES services within Medical, community and employee wellness programs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES).
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized nutrition and diabetes care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient and population health outcomes.
