Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility in West Virginia. The role requires coordinating care plans, educating residents and staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options; pay ranges from USD 38.00 to 44.00 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, discounts, and training support.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work across multiple buildings as needed.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• If multi-site, valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan within the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves residents'/patients' health.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
