Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services and ensure compliance with applicable dietary regulations in Fresno, California. The role requires an active California dietitian license, strong communication in English, and the ability to make independent clinical decisions while planning and implementing the nutrition programs for the Food Services Department.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and have knowledge of dietary practices

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as a dietitian in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must be knowledgeable of dietary practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions.
• Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the Food Services Department.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing necessary forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc., to assure control of equipment and supplies.
