Responsibilities

• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research per diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with food service management to improve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education.
