Job summary

Compass Group seeks a Registered Dietitian for nationwide openings across LTC, acute, education, and wellness settings. TN visa applicants only; RD with valid CDR number or RD eligible is required.

You will provide medical nutrition therapy and education within a collaborative care team to improve patient outcomes. We offer education reimbursement, career advancement, board certification support, relocation assistance, and coverage of professional dues.

Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligible is required.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and clinical nutrition care in acute settings.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition and wellness strategies.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to improve patient care and satisfaction.
• Mentor dietetic interns and other staff where applicable.
