The role involves nutrition assessments, care plan development, and promotion of residents' health through proper dietary practices. A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field and NJ RD/RDN in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Current RD/RDN in good standing in New Jersey.
• Maintain required state licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nutrition aspects of resident care and support the Dietary Department operations.
• Provide nutrition assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and promote residents' health through appropriate dietary practices.
