Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - Remote

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling services. This is a 100% remote, full-time (40 hours/week) position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable weight management.
2. Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and develop personalized weight loss and lifestyle plans.
3. Educate clients on evidence-based weight management strategies, behavior modification, and lifestyle changes.
4. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure success.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care.
6. Maintain accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Required Qualifications

1. Registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) credential.
2. Active state licensure or eligibility.
3. Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient care, weight management, or lifestyle counseling.
4. Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with telehealth or virtual client care.
2. Certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields.
3. Training in motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
