Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time opportunity for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.

Additional part-time and PRN opportunities may also be available in the area. The role focuses on conducting nutrition assessments, MDS assessments, care plans, weight monitoring, and participation in at-risk meetings.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required.
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation.
