Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to guide patients, families, and staff on medical nutrition therapy and collaborate with physicians to support patient satisfaction. Starting salary $75,000 with a $5,000 RD sign-on bonus; benefits include paid CDR fees and up to 18 CEUs annually.

Formación

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed dietitian as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Complete nutritional assessments for all residents to create care plans with nutritional goals.
• Provide education to patients/residents, families, nursing, dietary service, and other staff on dietary issues.
• Document assessments of patients/residents with nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record.
• Review and approve patients’/residents' daily menu, snack, and supplement programs.
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff on patients’/residents’ nutritional status.
• Attend rounds and nutrition meetings, and maintain clinical nutrition policies to support regulatory compliance.
