Mercy Health Regional Medical Center-Lorain in Lorain, OH is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead medical nutrition therapy across inpatient and outpatient services. You will complete nutritional assessments, intervene, educate patients, families, nursing and food service staff, and contribute to regulatory compliance during rounds.

The role is full-time (32–40 hrs/wk) with starting pay $30 per hour, plus benefits including licensure reimbursement and CEUs; extensive professional development

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation in medical records.

Responsabilités

• Complete nutritional assessments and provide interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients, families, nursing, food service, and staff on nutrition needs.
• Document nutrition goals and interventions in the medical record; communicate with physicians.
• Attend rounds and manage therapy diets and supplements per orders; support regulatory compliance.
