Job description

Position: Associate Registered Dietitian with MPN

Job Summary: RD to work part-time in a virtual private practice with the potential to go full time. Ideal candidates do NOT already own their own private practice. RD must be on board with the mission of Michelle Pillepich Nutrition, an intuitive eating based practice.

Requirements:

1. Must have a Registered Dietitian status
2. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
3. Organization, self-awareness and ability to think outside the box
4. High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate struggling/frustrated clients
5. Be a self-starter and willing to learn and adapt
6. Desire to grow with Michelle Pillepich Nutrition
7. Familiarity with eating disorder population

Responsibilities:

1. Virtually counsel 1:1 clients
2. Maintain accurate and up to date chart notes for clients
3. Manage scheduling for your own clients
4. Connect with clients' teams regularly
5. Perform other duties as assigned
6. Must be willing to work towards a full-time caseload of 20-25 client sessions weekly
7. 100% remote
8. Supervision from Michelle included
9. Uncapped income (work as hard as you want to make as much as you want)
10. All the leg work of owning a private practice is done for you!

Education and Experience: RD credential

Pay Rate: Based on experience (to be discussed in interview)

Base Pay Range:

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr
