Culinary Digital is a leading food-tech platform that offers an integrated suite of culinary products and technology solutions for the foodservices industry. About the role

• Part Time: 20 hours per week.
• 3 Month Contract
• Remote, USA (preferably located in East or Central)

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Dietitian with a deep understanding of nutritional needs within skilled nursing and independent care facilities. This vital role involves collaborating with our product team to validate and refine our SaaS product, ensuring it meets the unique demands of these environments. You will provide expert insights, contribute to product maturation, and play a key role in shaping the future of our nutritional management software for senior care.

Responsibilities:

• Validate existing SaaS product features against real-world dietary management workflows in skilled nursing and independent care settings.
• Provide expert feedback and recommendations for product enhancements and new feature development.
• Contribute to the development of nutritional guidelines and best practices integrated into the software.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the product aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback from dietitians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working in skilled nursing and/or independent care facilities.
• Strong understanding of geriatric nutrition and dietary management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical software requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and technology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and/or food service software is highly desirable.
