Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes resident health, teamwork, and compassionate care.

You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide counseling, and ensure regulatory compliance. Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure/certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state, local, and/or customers.
• If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and document care plan.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents'/patients’ health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.
