Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and opportunities to impact resident health and well-being.

The position requires RD registration, a state license in good standing, and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. The pay rate reflects market norms for the role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
• Must have valid Driver's License if multi-site RD.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan within the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

USD $35.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
