Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Nutrition Services Coordinator to oversee meals, document care, and ensure nutrition delivery meets regulatory standards.

The role involves conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring intake, and collaborating with the treatment team to develop and update the Master Treatment Plan, aligning with HAES-informed care principles. Schedule is Monday–Friday with late morning to evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related human services field.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Passion for client care and excellence in treatment.
