Self-Help for the Elderly in San Francisco is seeking a Part Time Dietitian/Nutritionist to assess participants and develop individualized care plans within the Adult Day Services program. You will perform initial and 6‑month nutritional assessments, review diet orders quarterly, provide counseling, coordinate food services, and maintain participant records.
Requirements include ADA registration, elderly care experience, bilingual English and Cantonese, TB clearance, and CPR/First Aid
