Proprioceptive Solutions LLC in La Jolla, CA, seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling and personalized care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess clients, develop individualized meal plans, monitor progress, and educate on therapeutic diets while staying current with nutrition research and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Valid California state dietitian licensure or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for clients
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and ongoing dietary guidance to support client health goals
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate clients and families on therapeutic diets, disease management, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and medical nutrition therapy records
• Stay current with the latest nutrition research, clinical guidelines, and best practices
