Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee nutritional care for residents in our 149-bed facility. You will assess, plan, and monitor dietary needs and work with the clinical team to ensure health, recovery, and quality of life.

This full-time role offers pay range of $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, aligns with experience, and includes medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. A license and SNF nutrition knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license required.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing dietary regulations and compliance standards.
• Understanding aging process and the nutritional needs of long-term care residents.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff and residents.

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the nutritional care of residents in our 149-bed facility, ensuring their dietary needs are met while supporting overall health, recovery, and quality of life.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

As a Registered Dietitian, you will assess, plan, and monitor the nutritional status of each resident. You will collaborate closely with the clinical team, dietary department, and administration to provide expert guidance on nutrition-related care and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in acute care or long-term care settings
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and/or US Foods systems
