Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our team on a Full Time basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with our lead dietitian to assist in completing assessments and reviewing resident preferences and dietary orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments for residents and update care plans accordingly.
• Review and verify dietary orders to ensure they align with resident preferences and nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide dietary recommendations and interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide education and guidance to residents and staff on nutrition best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all assessments and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
